You've been notified that a new campaign opportunity is available- now what?

What is an opportunity?

When we receive a new partnership opportunity for podcasts, we release a new campaign opportunity on the Ossa app. Users can see the advertiser, duration, and expected impression goal as well as a description of the creative direction. Users will have the opportunity to accept if they would like to be considered for the partnership and express interest and/or speak to the alignment by including a personalized message directly on the Ossa app. Applying an opportunity does not guarantee a booking. Sometimes you will not have availability, want to work with an advertiser, or respond on time. In order for us to book a campaign within the required timeframe, we first gather information about what shows are available.

What Can I Expect in a new opportunity?

New opportunities are announced through email and push notifications. You can expect to see the following information:

  1. The brand and information about who they are

  2. The dates and duration of the campaign

  3. How many episodes they would like to book for the duration of the campaign.

  4. The CPM rate (cost per thousand impressions) you can click here to calculate your potential earnings.

  5. The ad format and preferred position they are looking for

Responding to an new opportunity:

  1. If you have received a notification from the app, simply hit accept or decline.

  2. If you have received an email about a campaign directly from our team ,you can respond to the email but must accept on the app as well. If you're not interested or unable to participate, please notify us so we continue to consider you for future opportunities.

Reminder: Accepting opportunities on the app does not guarantee booking. In order to optimize your chances of getting booked please respond asap.

Receiving a Confirmed Booking

Once you have been booked, you will receive a notification and email with the next steps including talking points, tracking URLs and/or any campaign notes.

Getting Paid

You will receive payment for delivered impressions after the campaign ends. Learn more about payments here.
