What is an offer?
An offer is when an advertiser is interested in your show. It does not mean that you are guaranteed a placement. The reason an offer is made before a booking is placed is due to the time sensitivity of an ad campaign. Sometimes you will not have availability, want to work with an advertiser, or respond on time. In order for us to book a campaign within the required timeframe we first gather information about what shows are available.
What Can I Expect in an Offer?
The offer will come in the form of an email and app notification. In the offer you can expect to see the following information;
The brand and information about who they are
The dates and duration of the campaign
How many episodes they would like to book for the duration of the campaign.
The CPM rate (Cost per thousand impressions) you can click here to calculate your potential earnings.
The ad format and preferred position they are looking for
Responding to an Offer:
If you have received an offer from the app simply hit accept or decline within 24hrs to move to the next step.
If you have received an offer directly from our team you can respond to the email with accept or decline within 24hrs
Reminder: Offers are not guaranteed placement. In order to optimize your chances of getting booked please respond asap. Read more about accepting offers here.
Receiving a Confirmed Booking
Once you have been booked you will receive a notification and email with the next steps including ad copy, talking points, and/or any campaign notes.
In order to run a campaign - you need to ensure you have taken the following steps;
Running the Campaign
Once you publish an episode with the ad, you need to submit the link to the episode and the timestamp for the ad on the Ossa app.
You will receive payment for the campaigns you have run on the 30th of the month via your Stripe account. In order to get paid you will need to ensure you have submitted the links for each episode. For longer campaigns, we will do partial payouts at the end of each month - you will be paid for what has been delivered so far.
Please note you must have an active Stripe account and provide your episode URLs and timestamps to get paid.
