Along with your talking points, you should be setting up direct and indirect reporting indicators to get multiple indicators of campaign success. Direct measurement includes promo codes and vanity URLs, indirect measurement includes post-checkout surveys, attribution, or MMM reporting. Tying these to your campaign will help provide indicators of success, either directly by show, or demonstrating the lift of the channel.
