Depends on your goals. Your frequency should match what your KPIs are, as if your goal is impression or reach based, running frequently either embedded or dynamically will hit the podcast audience with repeated endorsed messages trumpeting your brand. If you are looking at a ROAS or efficiency goal, running once or twice a month may be a better way to slowly ramp up. Consult an Ossa sales team member if you need help deciding!
