When you get to this screen in the Stripe setup process, after you tap "Connect" you will tap "Create Account" whether or not you have an existing Stripe account:

This will allow you to "create" an account in our Ossa Stripe database. If you already have a Stripe account, you can use the same email associated with it during this Ossa Stripe sign up process.
